Ed Mcknight: Who stands to miss out from the loss of the First Home Grant?

The Government has confirmed its plans to scrap the First Home Grant scheme, and instead will create new funding for 1500 new social housing places.

Expert Ed Mcknight says the difference is - 6000 people use the first home buyer grant vs only 600 who will access the social housing.
