There is something that happens to a lot of women between their mid twenties and early forties. It's a feeling, the anxiety that sets in as you make potentially the biggest decision of your life; whether or not to have a child.

Writer and podcaster Nell Frizzell came up with a name for this period: The Panic Years. She explored this concept in her book of the same name, and joins guest host Jessie Stephens to talk about how she made up her mind, what happened when her partner didn't agree, and the biological inequality of it all.
