This podcast contains also 9 minutes where trista, a sheriff candidate in Tucson Arizona was arrested, falsely arrested, charged, detained, cuffed and sent to jail in 9 minutes flat, without even being shown a search warrant! She calls for a lawyer but they ignore her and put her in cost in the car and read her her rights and question her anyway which is under duress! Trista at this point demands everything is recorded and officer Hernandez pretended to set up his body cam on the back of the front seat, as if her questioning with officer and detective in charge of this disastrous civil rights case, Teddy Noon #7977, who omitted this recorded testimony, which are grounds right here for dismissing this case! ARS 132907.01 defense is calling on Judge Wilson a numerous grounds and reverse the charges. This means as Sheriff candidate I'm calling for four officers in particular to be held accountable for their misconduct #3124#7977#7917 and Sergeant Roher. And we are calling for Beth coming and Zoe Skinner to be subpoenaed to account for their false reporting which again is a crime ARS 13 2907.01. these rogue officers were have been attempting to impose a minimum 6 month prison time for a non crime but to innocent peaceful law abiding citizens; this officers have retaliated by petitioning judge Kenneth Lee to have me involuntarily psych evaluated. One of these recordings is them kidnapping me and the press and public are being alerted to this crime against the public safety by these little terrorists with badges. Tucson get me on the ballot so I can clean up law enforcement and bring in @ACLU to rewrite Pima County Sheriff's horrible policies, which make it the worst Police Department in the country - - four times more jail deaths than Rikers and five times the number of arrests then the national average. Finally I'd like to stay go on the record that a lawyer involved in this case said that the prosecution the Pima County attorney's office is gunning for me" for some reason in other words they want me to go to prison for nothing and for me to rot in silence. I'm calling on Judge Wilson to respond to this several incidents of documented harassment, intimidation, retaliation, which is a First Amendment free speech constitutional violation for my petitioning the government with my grievances of excessive force by Pima County Sheriff's department. The charger is still stand, in fact there are several lawsuits files and a few more to be filed against these offending officers who are not fit to serve the public; in fact they are a menace to society. A sheriff candidate, I have a duty to warrant Pima County residents about the horrific treatment our local law enforcement is carrying out on the general public as a matter of course.
