112: Mike Muhney, Co-Inventor of ACT!

Not many people can claim to have literally created not only an entire software category but as a result also a global multi-billion dollar industry. Mike is one of two guys that did, the other being his past business partner. Together they invented ACT!, the product that is still on the market after 31 years and that created, from nothing, the entire relationship management software category and industry today known as CRM.
