Paige White joins to discuss the case of Philip Brown, who was shot at by federal agents when stopped for dark tints in D.C. by Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers, along with federal agents from Homeland Security Investigation, United States Customs and Border Patrol, Diplomatic Security Service, United States Marshall Service and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, as part of Donald Trump's “Make D.C. Safe Again” initiative. Multiple shots were fired at Brown, hitting his driver side window and front passenger seat at chest level. Miraculously, every shot missed Brown.
