Gary is giving people golden diamond braces as gifts (metaphorically) and talking to some lady who says her 10 year old is hearing the voices of Buddha and demons. Don’t worry, she brought the child to Gary’s retreat. An old lady’s husband killed himself, Jesus Christ himself shows up at the retreat, and everyone used to be a Native American.
