He then worked as an assistant strength coach at Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, then Michigan. In 2015, he got his first head job at North Texas, before moving on to Louisiana-Lafayette and the Buffalo, where he was honored as the strength and conditioning coach of the year in college football Lew took the head job at Georgia Tech in 2019 and is now in his third season with the team. Lew took social media by storm earlier this year as high level performers in all facets of life began to discover and share his weekly messages. In digging into Lew’s messages on Instagram, I love the way he is able to teach principles and values that can be applied for success in all areas of life. He’s down to earth, humble as hell, and takes every opportunity to lead from the front. He walks the walk and paves a path for others to follow. He’s the kind of coach that I would be honored to have my kids play for. And on top of all that, Lew is an incredible man, husband, and father, which is why I am so thankful I had the opportunity to speak with him.
