Dr. Albert Haddad was a research scientist for eighteen years and a HR consultant for five years before he started his own company in 2005. During the same time he also led youth groups in a number of churches and in the community, was on the board of non-for profit organizations and churches. He trained himself out of many roles and positions by training and mentoring, coaching and developing others to take his place.
