Episode 109 - Heather Quan and Ryan Waller

When Phoenix police were met at the door by Ryan Waller during a welfare check, they found his girlfriend, Heather Quan, deceased on the couch from a gunshot wound to the head. Ryan looked like had been in a fight and was taken into custody. Sadly it would take police six hours to realize Ryan too had been shot and was a victim, not a suspect.
