How’s your behavior when spending time with your parents?
When families reunite, how do you interact? Do you interact according to old habits, even though the children are now adults?
Is it possible to make positive improvements in parental relationships?
Relationships with one’s parents are the first and often deepest ones that we form. They influence our relationships with others. How you interact with your parents as a child determine how you do so with others as an adult.
But how do we develop better relationship with your parents? What does this involve so we may solve the issues, foster a more mature relationship with them and focus on changing how you think and behave?
Our guest speaker for the Dream to Rise Inner Circle, AC Bergen-Fischer (Antoni), is an estrangement/reconciliation coach, an inspirational speaker, an activist, a philosopher, a writer, a producer, host of In the Blood, and co-host of The Estranged Heart.
His hope is that those who hear his message will be inspired to find their own voices, and connect with versions of themselves which have been silenced through trauma. He has a specific passion for connecting people to their platonic relationships, through helping them to establish and maintain healthy relationships with self.
Let us welcome, Antoni!
