Groundlessness Transmission

This practice is also called phowa in Tibetan and is known as the transference of consciousness. Use this transmission/meditation to be at peace with death and the many phases of life and the in-between states between incarnations and allow your awareness to touch the clear light or pure awareness state. These in-between states are also known as the bardos in Tibetan Buddhist studies.
