Russell Manser has an extensive criminal history. He robbed banks, escaped from custody, was a heroin addict and spent 23 years in gaol.
What wasn’t known about Russell is that he was the victim of institutionalised sexual abuse. He's a tough guy who has the courage to talk about his experiences and encourage others to come forward.
