Sparkly Scales Excerpt:

Tiara Tuna loved to visit the coral reef near Ahway Island. It was full of bright colors she didn’t often see in the deeper ocean where she lived. There were vibrant pink corals, shimmering blue rocks, and cheery yellow sea plants.

The reef was always a beautiful place to visit, but Tiara especially liked being here on sunny days. The sunlight made the colors even brighter, the rocks even sparklier, and, best of all, it made Tiara’s silver scales look even shinier.

Today’s Meditation: Imagine floating on a cloud, and relax into the feeling of lightness. Creating the original bedtime stories and art for Be Calm on Ahway Island takes a lot of time and care.
