We talk of how it was in the '90s at the New York City Jail complex called Rikers Island known for its notorious violent inmates we also touch on a few incidents that happened with others while at the jail we tell these stories and hopes to help other people not end up as we did destroying their life in and out of jail and institutions today you have your host war path from the hit show (on the lockout) I'm a Man by the name of Bible who became a Latin King gang member himself along with Warpath in 1994 when the jail was add an up rise with the Latin King and bloods gang war
