For the last 7 years I have been working with a woman to help get her energy, body composition, blood sugar, stress response under control and her life performance optimized. Time does not stop and for this woman body composition is no longer a challenge, her personal fitness capacity has improved massively, her sleep routine is 8 hours a night on repeat, diabetes is no longer her diagnosis, panic attacks for no apparent reason are a thing of the past. She has figured how to care for her children and maintain a work routine out of the home.
It required a tweak of life routines and a turtle's pace of positive health movement for a couple years and then finally breakthrough, and now she is multiple years into living and improving her best life.
