Our interview with Dr. Steve Crawley was so helpful we asked him to stay and continue our conversation.

In this episode we continue our first discussion on "Conversations on Leadership" but focus specifically on MARGIN (Making extra time and space in our lives for rest, health, family, hobbies, and most importantly - Sabbath). We also discuss DISCIPLESHIP and the program Steve has been leading for over 6 years which has developed over 100 men. In Steve's program called MD5, the content is focused around the 5 F's:

- Finances
- Fitness
