Investigation Discovery's new series, PEOPLE MAGAZINE INVESTIGATES: SURVIVING A SERIAL KILLER, features the harrowing stories of those who bravely survived a terrifying serial killer. We interview a true hero, HOLLY K. DUNN, who was the sole survivor of the Railroad Killer, ANGEL RESENDIZ-RAMIREZ. RAMIREZ tragically murdered DUNN's boyfriend, CHRISTOPHER MEIR, right in front of her, before viciously attacking DUNN. The series premiered Sunday May 5th, with DUNN'S episode airing this Sunday, May 12th at 8/9pm CST on ID/Max/Hulu. What DUNN experienced is truly chilling; however her heroic actions after the attack not only help sentence RAMIREZ to death, but have helped many other survivors heal and move forward.
