Elwood and Stephen look at Sion Sono's Rap Musical "Tokyo Tribe" which came out a year before "Hamilton" while presenting a futuristic vision of Tokyo were the street gangs have become tribes who now control the city. However the delicate balance looks set to upset when Mera, the head of the Wu-Ronz tribe of Bukuro, joins forces with the violent and sadistic gangster Buppa.
