 In this episode, I discuss the language surrounding miscarriage.

What can be hurtful? What can you do?

I have several times put my foot in my mouth when talking to people that have experienced a miscarriage or the loss of a child postnatal.

I thought I was being 'helpful' and full of 'wisdom' and to be honest I was just being a barrier to their healing.

It's a sensitive subject but it does not mean we should not talk about it, because it is happening more often than you think.
