Manifestation And Triggers

I don’t know about you but nothing triggers me more than taking steps backward when I’m trying to manifest something!

On the day I recorded this week’s podcast, I had 2 major setbacks that threw me into a familiar pattern of defeat, fear, disappointment and sadness.

I’ll pat myself on the back and say that THIS TIME I handled it pretty well but still not great.

So I phoned a friend who gave me some excellent advice and once I did what she said, I was back on top of the world!

I can’t think of a better goal in life than getting to a mindset where no matter what happens to us, we can remain in complete faith that we are loved, supported, and safe.

A place where we know without a doubt that we are guided and that life is always happening for us, not to us.

In this episode, I share some POWERFUL tools for getting out of a defeated mindset and into victory, no matter what the circumstances.

It takes practice to master this but immediate relief is not as hard as you may think.

I also talk about the key principles for manifesting ANYTHING you want in your life.
