At ReikiCafe, we believe in the power of the lower three Chakras to unlock healing through releasing subconscious limiting beliefs, diving deeply into the self, and creating a solid foundation on which to build our healing. This week, we will continue our journey into the lower Chakras with our center for confidence, power, and motivation: Solar Plexus Chakra.
Solar Plexus is located in the middle of your belly, just below the sternum, and vibrates yellow. As the center of our power, motivation, and confidence, Solar Plexus helps us to determine our identity and self-power.
