BZE talks to Lord Deben

Beyond Zero talks to Lord Deben, head of the British government’s Committee on Climate Change, leading up to the Paris talks. He discredited the so called moral case for coal by citing Prime Minister Modi accepting renewable electricity while forgoing dependence upon imported coal.
