Everything Is Politics But Politics Is Not Everything

Politics, government and public policy, partisanship and ideology, now dominate our culture. Everything is reduced to a political calculus. But there is more to life than politics. Indeed the greatest challenges and issues we face are spiritual, not political. And the most important circumstances of life involve family and friends, education and employment or calling, not politics.
