The Devil Was Watching

When Tina Sandoval disappears, her parents and loved ones spend years searching for any signs of her. Law enforcement is convinced she is the victim of foul play, but the prosecution has a problem. How can they convince a jury that she was murdered if there is no body, no crime scene and no physical evidence?
