This Week’s Happy Hour Special: 

 

El Diablo

·     1 1/2 ounces tequila

·     1/2 ounce crème de cassis

·     1/2 ounce lime juice

·     3 ounces ginger beer

Fill a shaker with ice. Add tequila, crème de cassis and lime juice. Do a little dance until sufficiently mixed. Strain over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
