Plus Supercars from down under and an entertaining debut for NASCAR at the Iowa Speedway. Le Mans had awful weather Meanwhile the Caterham crew congregated at Silverstone! But first, in the news the FIA decide to bend the rules to allow a 17 year  old, who has yet to win an F2 race, to join the Grand Prix grid – when they wouldn’t do it for a 22 year old with 6 Indy Lights wins and 7 Indycar wins, plus our man, Fast Freddie Slater gets another hattrick in F4!
