Michelle Ryder is the Marketing & Event Coordinator at Lakeview Pavilion.

Michelle has been part of the Lakeview Pavilion team for the past 4 years and has had evolving roles throughout her time. According to some couples, they have explained that "every bride needs a Michelle in their life". Her passion for executing flawless events has been instilled in her and expected by Owners Anastasia & Natalia.

Michelle has always lived by the motto "You have to love what you do!"

During your event, you will find Michelle helping her Manager Patty flipping a ballroom, perfecting a brides train before walking down the aisle, or dancing in the back of the ballroom to any Pitbull song!

Michelle believes her job as a marketing coordinator comes naturally as the venue can market itself, with experienced management & staff, exquisite cuisine, and attention to detail.

When Michelle is not at her second home, you will find her at the gym or relaxing in bed watching Mission Impossible or the latest James Bond movie.

You will hear all about Michelle's journey and tips for 'Working for a Family Run Event Venue'! We will finish up with 'What She Wishes Other Vendors Knew' and of course, her 'Confetti Hour Confession.'
