Episode 47 - The Total Release Solution

Episode 47 focuses on what we call the total release solution. In this episode we cover how to make your release an extension of your body. What to look for and how to set it all in motion for a controlled shot. And while most would think this only applies to compound shooters and mechanical releases, it all applies to traditional and recurve shooters as well. We will delve into how they also need to have a total release solution and how to achieve it.
