199. The Handmade Jewellers - BRAND NEW - TV show Series about the Craft of Handmade Jewellery

In this week's episode, Jess and Anna introduce a new TV-like show called 'The Handmade Jewellers,' which offers viewers a unique glimpse into the world of handmade jewellers. Hosted by Jess, the series will broadcast on the Jewellers Academy YouTube channel and features visits to five different jewellers' studios, including homes, shops, and garden sheds.

Featured in the programme are Anna Sweet (@thisstoryjewellery), Susannah King (@susannahkinglondon), Ange B (@angebdesigns), Iain Sainsbury (@iains_jewellery) and Sima Vaziry (@simavaziry)

Each episode includes interviews with the jewellers, behind-the-scenes tours of their workplaces, and hands-on demonstrations of jewellery making techniques. With a mix of personal stories, creative processes, and business insights, the series promises to be both informative and engaging. 

Anna and Jess discuss their experiences editing the show and share insights into what viewers can expect. They highlight the diversity of jewellers featured, ranging from established professionals to those balancing jewellery making with other careers. Overall, the series aims to provide a deeper understanding of the craftsmanship and creativity behind handmade jewellery, making it a must-watch for both jewellery enthusiasts and curious viewers alike.

There are five episodes going out on Thursdays at 8pm BST, starting on the 25th April.
