After recording & re-recording and getting in my head about how I need to learn how to professionally edit and produce a podcast, I realized that this was actually a pretty inauthentic way for me to approach podcasting. In life, I show up as raw, unfiltered and unedited and so I realized that I could do the exact same thing for my show. 

SO here it is. Raw. Unfiltered. Unedited. This episode sort of introduces who I am, what I do, how my journey started and what to expect from this show. I have been on a deeply transformative and healing journey for over a decade and it is my intention to open up a dialogue with each and every one of you that we might connect, learn from, and be inspired by one another on our individually divine journies. This podcast is just as much for me as it is for you as sharing and opening ourselves up to be vulnerable with one another is so healing in and of itself. 

This is the start of a long journey and I am looking so forward to building a conscious community and moving forward collectively.
