Most people come in here with with chronic conditions that usually have an autoimmune component to it and or or and frequently also have a stress component to it. You put those two things together and your entire system starts to collapse varies from person to person, so there's, a number of different, pretty well defined and known categories as to how to address those problems. But the problem is on the internet. They're, not well-defined. You're, a million different people talking about a different things. You know must be that one, this one it's.
