It's been one year since the passing of Cheslie Kryst, but for me it still feels like yesterday. On the anniversary of her passing, I wanted to share some of my early on and favorite memories I had with her. She was a beautiful person on the inside and out who was struggling mentally and didn't want anyone to know. That's why today's conversation is so important. I got the chance to talk with 3-time suicide survivor Francesca Reicherter who openly shared her story with me. We discuss early warning signs, preventative/supportive measures, and how to normalize these difficult conversations in our everyday lives.
