Episode 124: The Power of Decisions and Taking Action

There is power in every decision you make, but it should always be followed by an action step. Making a decision is well and good, but if you don’t take action steps towards your goal you become stagnant in that choice. I want to encourage you to have a reflection on your past decisions, so you can celebrate your personal growth with the understanding that each choice you make (big or small) contributes to the trajectory of your life. Ultimately, by embracing who you are and making enlightened decisions, you can create a fulfilling and impactful life journey for yourself.
