We are deep diving into the inner brain work that can be done to embrace uncertainty and manage/reduce anxious feelings. In this solo episode, I break down some amazing tips from Dr. Caroline Leaf when it comes to managing anxiety that the listener can dive into deeper in her book "Cleaning up your Mental Mess". I also share my personal experiences with anxiety and how it is a warning signal, what keeps us trapped in anxious thoughts and mindset and learning to self regulate. As always, I am not a licensed therapist and simply share my personal experiences, tangible tips that may work for you. I am not suggesting that anxiety can go away completely and moreover suggesting that if Anxiety impacts your daily life in an inability to function in your day to day, please seek advice and tools from a medical professional.
