233. Bad Culture Survival Skills Training

Sounds a bit weird for a leadership podcast so imply you should put up with a bad work culture.  The fact is, just because you find out your work culture is bad, it doesn't mean you can leave immediately.  Or maybe you were in a good work culture and a new leader took over and bam.....now it's bad.  Either way, the worst thing that can happen is that you change who you are for someone you don't like or respect. When you think of it that way, it doesn't make sense to be a different person because of a person you would not work for if it was up to you.  So...don't.  On this week's episode of the Leadership Lifestyle Podcast, learn some tips to survive a bad culture until you can work in a good culture.
