But what if you have a special needs child that needs extra help while you’re their guardian? Have you thought about what could happen when they become of legal age and you don’t have the same rights to help them as you do now. Nicole Kuck is one of those parents, here in Scottsdale. After working as a special education teacher, having her own special news child, she left her job to start Eminent Special Needs Planning, to help other parents like herself prepare for the future.
