In this class we'll be focusing on Mindful Anti-racism. We will be speaking about how to use mindfulness to key into anti-racist practices.

**Tori will be donating 100% of her profits to The Loveland Foundation, a non-profit committed to providing Black women and girls mental health resources and therapy funds. **
