It's that time! The 'Bells got a great guest in The Weight Room for ya this week! It's the so cool, so funny, Ali Ghandour (THE GOLDBERGS, GHOSTED) Ali is a born and raised Southern California guy, he tells Euge and Stanger about playing sports in his childhood and when he began to rebel. The group connects over finding your identity in sketch comedy and improv - Ali found his late after eventually majoring Anthropology at UCLA and studying abroad - but when he found it he was off to the races and it even got him in to exercise! Also, the guys help Ali with some tips on a healthy diet and answer some questions about Soylent.
