In February 2013, a Brunei resident returning home from travelling would be surprised to discover a 3m long block of concrete in her garden. Police would soon extract the concrete, and make the shocking discovery of a dead woman encased within, belonging to 39 year old Voon Su Ching, another resident who had been missing for the past few days.
