Chuck is a very successful Civil Rights attorney in Lost Angeles County who prevailed at the 9th Circuit in the initial 3 judge panel, a panel that issued an opinion that is FAMOUS in California for being persuasively argued, masterfully written opinion of the Court by Judge O'SCANNLAIN in Peruta v. County of San Diego in 2014 (a Right to Bear Arms case, conceal carry). That opinion was predictably reversed en banc only by ignoring the merits of the 3 judge panel opinion of the Court.
