On her deathbed, molecular biologist Dr. Amanda Hollins sends her son John to destroy her lab notes left at her home, but she fails to mention that John's brother Anthony is living in the basement. You know, his Xenomorph-esque human-octopus hybrid monster brother that Amanda created using John's DNA.
