Our guest David Lecko, founder of DealMachine, shares his inspiring journey from starting with just $4,800 and growing it to $1.6MM in rentals and $960k in equity. With his help, people have closed more than 10k deals in 50 states using the best real estate investing app for busy investors looking to find more deals at discounted prices. David discusses how he came up with the idea for DealMachine and what it took to build such a successful business. He built an app for himself, which he then simplified and expanded to help others. Lecko talks about his experience in real estate investing, from being nervous about his first househack to owning nine properties, and his goals for both DealMachine and himself, including maximizing growth and building a community for his business. DealMachine now has a team of 30 employees, 6,000 monthly subscribers, and has grown to $10M without even really focusing on marketing.
