Episode 340 - Tammy Vincent - Surviving an Alcoholic Family - free your inner child, life filled with joy and purpose
Meet Transformational Life Coach, Best-Selling Author and Speaker, Tammy Vincent
Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families Feel Unworthy, Unloved, Unheard. I walk with you until you have recreated the best version of yourself possible.
Hey there! I'm Tammy, and I'm honored to connect with you on this journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. As an adult child of two alcoholic parents, I intimately understand the challenges and struggles you might be facing. But let me tell you, there is hope, and I'm here to guide you towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
Growing up in a home filled with addiction and chaos, I experienced firsthand the profound impact it can have on a child's life. The wounds ran deep, affecting my self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being. However, I refused to let my past define me. I embarked on a courageous journey of self-work, determined to break free from the chains of my upbringing.
Through years of personal growth, introspection, and professional training, I've transformed my own life. Armed with a Master's in Education, NLP certification, and expertise in addiction counseling, I've honed my skills to become a compassionate and effective coach. My mission is to empower individuals who are navigating similar challenges, providing them with the tools and guidance to reclaim their lives.
