In Part 1, Rachel and Alli discuss the life of Margie & John Cantrell, who were career foster parents that took custody of 3 siblings in 2004 after moving from CA to Mineloa, TX. 

Shelby, Hunter, and Carly, all under the age of 7 came to live with Margie & John after they were removed from their mother's home by CPS.  Margie, being in the business of fostering troubled youth, noticed some things that made her believe the children had been sexually assaulted. 

After visiting a building with the children to turn into a group home, that had once been used as a swingers club, things got real when the children told her they had been there before....
