We spoke to Sydney Cole Alexander, who plays Natalie on Severance, about the temptation to ask Ben Stiller to do “Blue Steel” when he’s directing her on set, Severance‘s many mysteries and that scene from season two, episode three where Natalie presented Seth Milchick with a gift from the board.
