Carla talks about how the lack of instructive and interesting resources available when she was starting out, and trying to teach herself, led to her realising she needed to create her own tutorials and courses to help others have useful resources that focus on one element that can then be used across the board.

She discusses the process she uses to create her compositions, explains her passion for creating artwork that can’t be captured in a photo, and why she shares her knowledge to help push others to take wildlife art a bit further and see wildlife art become a serious topic.

She also shares the pricing structure she uses, how she created the formula for her pricing when she was first starting out and how that has then developed and changed over time, and her thoughts on working with a gallery.
