Alec Maquette worked in the Milwaukee Fire Department for five years before becoming a land investor. After buying his first duplex in 2020, he spent much time and effort repairing it. Since he has always been fascinated by Real Estate, he now owns a small land brokerage based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All 50 states are covered by their land purchases. Getting undeveloped land repurposed and better utilized with investors, developers, and local governments.
