Gregory Parker is our guest. He is a Police Officer in the Baltimore Police Department. Gregory is also a social media influencer and a self described fitness fanatic. He talks about his mission and passion to motivate himself and others to excel in all aspects of their lives. Gregory discusses his experience as a police officer, keeping a positive mental and physical condition in spite of the job stress.
