The season’s off to a great start with more racing this Saturday and Sunday at Emerald Downs! This is the final two-day racing week for 2025 with the first “Half-Price Friday” set for June 6. That’s T-Shirt day, too. Also, it’s Grandparents Weekend with prize drawings both Saturday and Sunday. Will the video go viral again? Nina Hagen joins Joe and Vince this week. With husband Ron, they have operated El Dorado Farms in Enumclaw since the early 1980s. The operation in on a high after fillies sired by Barkley ran one-two in the Monday feature race at Emerald Downs. Saleen G T, bred by El Dorado, won, and Beauty Bark was second. Barkley and Coast Guard are top stallions at El Dorado and Hagen is excited for racing and sale opportunities for 2025.
