Bio
Jose is a seasoned and award winning real estate investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Savvy Real Estate Group. He started investing in real estate in his early 20s and grew his portfolio to over $90M in assets under management with 600 units in Ontario and Southeast U.S.
Jose used multiple strategies including Duplex Conversions, Flipping, Development and now primarily the acquisition of value-add apartment buildings through effective management and major CapEx projects averaging over $1M a year in renovations. He has over 10 years of financial and investment experience and over 15 years of construction and project management experience.
Khadija is a veteran real estate investor, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Savvy Real Estate Group. She is responsible for overseeing ongoing property operations, financing activities, property management and construction management on renovation projections. Through a keen interest and expertise in project management and a knack for operations, she and her team ensure that work is completed within the specified timeline and budget. She is responsible for interacting with site-level members to ensure that our strategy and business plan are being executed at the property level.
Aside from running Savvy Real Estate Group, Jose and Khadija are the proud parents of 3 little boys. They believe that financial education is a must for everyone and enjoy the pursuit of of achieving big goals as a means to personal development and self growth.
